Hi5 Electronics Installing FactoryMaster ERP Software
Hi5 Electronics is installing FactoryMaster ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software to control the full business cycle, from enquiry to delivery. The package will be installed and implemented over the next 12 weeks, and will aid response to customer enquiry.
Craig Southern, Sales and Marketing Director, said “ We looked at quite a few systems in some detail, and decided FactoryMaster was the only one which fully met our specification, not just of what it did, but also of a strong user base and adequate levels of resource to assist on any custom work we may need, and all at a sensible budget!”
Data Resource Manager, Tim Bartley, was impressed by the simplicity with which the software dealt with the requirements of RD Precision, an Aerospace engineering company used as a reference site. “The similarities to how we operate were striking, and the package was really properly used because, while it’s got all the details in there, it is easy to get everybody to buy in, as each part is well planned and comprehensible. I wish I could say that for all the software we use!”
