PCB Pre-Production
Your pre-production batch can be the most important stage of the product cycle. That board with the links and mods. needs to evolve into the final product as smoothly as possible, with all the problems associated with volume manufacture ironed out. We can take your prototype and produce you a batch, either in our Rochdale facility or sourced from quick turn specialists in the Far East, dependant on how fast you need it and how many you want.
We can get a pre-production sample batch off the final volume production tooling, and we can sort out with you the pitfalls of each method, set your timelines in stone and your mind at rest.
We will sort out the production panel for optimum manufacturability, with fiducial marks and step and repeat details for solder-paste stencils, or supply the stencils if you wish.
